My dad died when I was a kid, and I've gotten over it now, but as a teen/young adulthood there were things that I would be embarrassed to do because I thought my dad would know about it. (Like masturbating.)
ReplyDeleteNo. I don't generally do things to impress people. Occasionally if I do, once the person is gone, I realise the silliness in said action, and drop it ASAP. The only times I'll continue doing it, is if I think it is genuinely helpful in doing whatever. But I cease doing it to impress them.
